Strength and Conditioning Boot Camp will take place on Thursdays at 19:30 for 6 weekly sessions
This boot camp will consist of like-minded people training and pushing themselves to their limits and beyond!
What will the training involve? Each training will be different! You get the chance to perform strength exercises or learn new skills in the gym and also push your heart rate high enough to improve your cardiovascular fitness! Optional homework will be set for you at no extra cost!
